Our Team

Dr. Nader Afgan is a general dentist who received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Prior to dental school, he attended University of Maryland, College Park where he received his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in German language and literature. His training during dental school included a one-year clerkship in oral surgery as well as a one-year clerkship in pediatric dentistry, where he received advanced training in those subjects.

Since graduating from dental school, Dr. Afgan has worked in private practice and serves as Dean’s faculty at the University of Maryland as a clinical instructor to pre-doctoral dental students. He attends continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on the newest advances in the field of dentistry. Dr. Afgan is fluent in German and Farsi and is conversational in Spanish.
