Teeth Extractions
Tooth extraction, one of the most common types of dental surgery, is used to remove teeth that have been damaged due to disease or trauma (such as an injury or accident.) If your dentist decides that PRF would be beneficial for you, they will draw blood before your surgical procedure and extract the platelets and fibrin. After your surgery, the dentist will apply the PRF to the site of your surgery. Patients report faster healing, less pain, and fewer complications after using PRF, and since it comes from your own body, it’s extremely safe with no risk of negative reactions.
